Welcome to Uffculme School

Uffculme is a truly comprehensive school serving the Culm Valley. Our aim is to provide every student with a truly exceptional education that will prepare and equip them to thrive in the rapidly-evolving, complex, global society that we are part of. And we want this for every student that is part of our school community - our culture is rooted in the absolute belief that everyone can succeed, participate and contribute given the right support and encouragement.

Over many years student attainment at Uffculme School has been outstanding, but we want to provide our students with so much more. We want them to have as many opportunities as possible to learn about themselves, others, and the wider world and so we invest heavily in the personal development of our young people and seek to offer the broadest range of activities and experiences for them to join in with and actively encourage each student to ‘have a go’ and try new things.

We have a strong ethos based around our core values of respect, tolerance and courtesy. We set high standards of behaviour and actively promote self discipline, self respect, resilience and responsibility.
