Proposed Merger with The Castle Partnership Trust
We are consulting on a plan to bring the 10 schools under Uffculme Academy Trust and The Castle Partnership Trust together in one Trust.
We believe that there are significant benefits to the pupils and staff in all the schools in working together with other schools that are so close to us geographically and philosophically.
The opportunities to collaborate, build on our shared expertise, learn from other successful schools and combine some of our resources to ensure we can meet the needs of all of our children including the most vulnerable are very exciting.
We hope that by working together in a bigger family of schools we can enhance the experience of pupils in and out of the classroom, provide great career opportunities for staff - including training and developing our own excellent teachers and continue to ensure that all our communities are served by a great school.
