Exams and Assessment
Below we have provided information about the arrangements for all formal exams and assessments. These are coordinated by the school’s Exams Officer.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding Exams or other formal assessments, please contact the Exams Officer on exams@uffculmeschool.bep.ac

Students can collect their results from the school at the following times:
Year 11 - between 9.30am and 11.00am
Year 10 - between 10.30am and 11.30am

If results are not collected on the day they will be emailed out to the pupil school email address from 2pm - 5pm on Thursday 22nd August. (*see below if travelling abroad). We cannot send results to private / family email addresses.
Please note that results envelopes can only be collected by the candidate - not a family member or friend. Please email sapiechat@uffculmeschool.bep.ac by Friday 19th July, if you wish to make these arrangements.
*Your school email address might be blocked abroad, so please inform sapiechat@uffculmeschool.bep.ac - stating country of visit, so we can enable your security settings.

Year 11 Prom
Friday 28th June 2024 - Oake Manor
The Year 11 Prom takes place after the GCSE exams have finished and is an opportunity for pupils and staff to celebrate their time at Uffculme School. The first Uffculme School Prom was in 1999 and since then it has grown into a very popular event with both pupils and staff.
Attendance at the Prom is not a right but a privilege. Therefore, at the start of the academic year the Head of Year 11 presents the criteria to the Year group which allows pupils to understand what is expected of them to attend the event. These criteria can be seen here - Prom Attendance Criteria.
